The robots were used last week as part of the Australian Army’s exercise Chong Ju: Exercise Chong Ju is an annual live-fire training exercise conducted at the Combined Arms Training Centre at Puckapunyal in northern Victoria to showcase the ADF’s capabilities to the next generation of combat leaders.
Three Australian defence innovators, from a field of 16 finalists, have been named winners of the 2016 Land Defence Australia Industry Innovation Awards.
